Real Estate Market Report 2025 – Work in Progress
Thank you all for patiently waiting for the release of our January 2025 Market Report…
Until such time that the One Point of Association of Realtors, PropTx MLS System, and CREA can publish the monthly market reports, we will have to manually create a new one-page Real Estate Market Report for Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Clearview, Blue Mountains, Meaford, Tiny Township, and Georgian Bay Township.
Please keep in mind that these reports will be based on the information available to us from PropTx at the current time.
We are delaying release until early spring due to concerns of remaining discrepancies within the system from the merger.
Percentage differences, in particular in the smaller markets, can be skewed due to so few unit sales in the reported period.
“Good things take time” seems to apply best here given the recent merging of real estate boards.
